ONYFIX

Onyfix® is a non-invasive nail correction system used to gently guide problematic toenails into a healthier, more natural growth pattern. It is commonly used for involuted, curved, or ingrown toenails and offers an alternative to surgical intervention for many clients. The Onyfix system works by applying a flexible composite brace directly to the surface of the nail. As the nail grows, the brace helps redistribute tension, encouraging the nail edges to lift and grow forward rather than downward into the surrounding skin. The system is pain-free during application and does not involve cutting, drilling, or penetrating the nail or skin. Onyfix can be safely used on sensitive, diabetic, or high-risk feet, provided there is no active infection or open wound. The brace remains in place as the nail grows out and is typically worn for several weeks to months, depending on nail growth rate and severity.

Onyfix is a separate treatment and is not included in routine foot care visits. A full assessment will be completed to determine whether Onyfix is appropriate for your nail condition and to discuss expected outcomes and treatment timelines. We will also discuss realistic expectations so you know exactly what to expect.
